Big Spin Casino
New to us, but we really want to give them a chance so they’ll stay here on our list for the time being. This is not to say that there haven’t already been a couple down points and we’ll get to those. As you’re probably already aware, we are always honest with our readers and that not only includes the good stuff but also the bad. For other honest reviews, check this out.

There is an update to this review, namely down there at the Bonuses and Perks section. Make sure you scroll on down to check it out, it’s only for your benefit!
The Site Design – Front and Back
First, we’ll discuss the site itself. The site itself is well built. Everything is fast and responsive with no “lag” occurrence, at least on this author’s end. This is a great thing for those of us like myself with older PCs that are starting to act funny due to age. I played a lot of slots and everything continued to run quickly and smoothly without ever coming into any lag or hiccups in the playtime.
Visually, everything is what you would probably expect. There is a big, bright orange banner at the top of the site giving you links to your “important stuff” such as Banking, Available Bonuses, Customer Support, and things like that. Toward the bottom of your screen, you’ll see another banner linking you to whatever type of gaming you feel like playing. No matter what type of games you feel like playing, this layout doesn’t change. That’s nice, all of the links you need are almost always right in front of you, ready to go.
With actual gameplay, they will let you play almost anything for free using play money. You’ll be able to give almost anything a test drive before deciding to spend your hard-earned money.
As for the games themselves, not a bad selection at all. Lots of fun, 3-d, story immersive slots if that’s your thing. Even if it isn’t, there seems to be a decent number of more basic ‘just-a-slot-machine’ type slots.
For the table games, as of this writing, there are 23 different games to choose from including some I had never heard of. If any are new to you, you are able to use the free money option here to learn them and learn the rules before going in to win it for real.
Those that are into Video Poker will also have a lot to choose from with 27 games to choose from with all of the basics you would expect and maybe a few new ones.
After that, we’ve got the “other games” section. Here you’ll find some stuff that just doesn’t quite fit into the sections listed above. There are a few different versions of Keno, some “Scratch Off” style lottery tickets, and a Random Number Generator where you just guess if the next number is going to be higher or lower, great for those with virtually no skill. And lastly, a virtual horseracing track complete with the ability to watch the virtual race in real time and scream at your virtual horse from the comfort of your living room.
The last section here is the Live Dealer options with 10 different tables going on. To be fair, most of these games seem to be the same variation of each other. As this is being written there are 4 different tables for Blackjack, 2 for the two versions of Roulette (American and European), and 2 tables for Super 6. You are not able to play the Live Dealer games with the free play money offered.
Software and Security
A good chunk of the above is also related to the software used for their gaming. Big Spin is rocking software from both Betsoft and Nucleus, two of the bigger names in casino software being used today. As for the security of the site, you would be hard-pressed to find anyone that isn’t offering at least128-bit encryption and Big Spin says they’re offering 256-bit.
When trying to press for the name of the actual company umbrella as well as where that company is located, I ran into a roadblock. See down below to Customer Service for more information.
Big Spin does state on the site that they are licensed by the Government of Curacao, but who doesn’t? Take all of that for what it’s worth.

Deposits and Withdrawals
Speaking of money, you’ll want to know how to make a deposit if deciding to give Big Spin Casino a try. Their deposit options include:
- Visa – $45 minimum deposit
- Mastercard – $45 minimum deposit
- bitcoin – $25 minimum deposit
- ACH – $100 minimum deposit
- Bank Wire – $2000 minimum deposit
- Person to Person – $100 minimum deposit
- Phone Transfer – $45 minimum deposit
and your withdrawal options include:
- eCheck
- bitcoin
- Wire Transfer
Understandably so, any Online Casino will charge you a fee for making a withdrawal. This fee will vary depending on the method you choose. Unfortunately, Big Spin Casino does not want to tell you what those fees are. At least, not that we could find on their website.
Customer Service
You may be noticing a common theme in this review, that being that there are some things we just do not know about them. This brings us to the customer service department. Upon writing this review I had some questions for the CS Department.
Like others before them, they give you three options to contact them via email, live chat, or phone. Having some questions for them I first tried the Live Chat feature.
I opened up my chat window and it stayed open for about a half hour with no response until I closed the window. I then re-opened it on the off-chance they operate on an alarm system that was accidentally missed the first time. Nope. This time I waited for about 20 minutes before giving up. I then moved on to the email option. I emailed my questions on a Friday, and here we are now on the next Tuesday afternoon and I have not received any response. Better check my Spam again, just in case. Nope, nothing.
Well, hopefully, this is just a fluke. Hopefully, you aren’t going to need to talk to Customer Service and find yourself left high and dry.
Bonuses and Perks
Big Spin Casino is like every other Online Casino in the sense that they do have their own set of bonuses going on at any time for you to take advantage of. Let’s be honest here, there’s nothing really spectacular here. Not that they’re bad bonuses, not at all, it’s just that they’re the same bonuses many other casinos offer.
There is one exception here, and that is the Free $10 No Deposit Bonus using the code redacted.
Jackson Browne sang a song in the ’80s about “Somebody’s Baby” that we all know. Did you also know that he sang about how “All Good Things Come to an End?” Well, it’s true and he was right.
If you did not claim the Free 10 Bucks while it was being offered in the last few months, you missed out, sorry. BUT, we update these pages just as often as we can, so keep coming back to check up and we will absolutely let you know if it comes back!
The most important thing in this section is that it turns out, you will get your promised bonus!
Pros & Cons
Conclusion
Despite anything negative you may have just read, we do not know of anyone that has had any “real” problems with Big Spin like:
- They cannot get in touch with customer service.
- Maybe they didn’t get their bonus.
- Maybe I don’t know where their company is actually located.
These things do not affect the most important factor. If you win, will you get paid? Again, in the name of honesty, we just don’t know yet. Rest assured if we hear of anyone that doesn’t, we will gladly update immediately.
